The commercial phenomena appeared in contemporary Chinese literature and art field or has caused people’s attention. Nowadays, it widely appears in the text books, films and TV shows. The new features,the way of expression and the economical benefits, which are different from the traditional literature, have gotten more concern.This paper mainly describes the appearance of Chinese literature and art critics commercialization, the definition of commercial art critics, different performance in different arts and the dynamic mechanism. The whole essay concludes introduction, chapter one, two, three and the ending part.The introduction part mentioned the phenomenon of commercial criticism’s appear in China, and also combed the commercial literature criticism in the literature circle and classified the attitudes. expounds the necessity of the research on this phenomenon. Explains why the author choose this topic, the original intention, and the expected effective researching methods.At the first chapter, the author reviewed the concept of literary criticism in the first place. And expound the feature and the property of literature criticism. Then above the property of literature criticism to discuss whether the establishment of literary criticism is available. And also defined the concept of literature commercial criticism. In essence of literature and art criticism, first of all, should be looked as a production. However, it must order the logic of the market and consumption ethics strictly. Benefits become the part which can not be separated of the worth of the mass culture. Putting it at the important state where the aesthetic stands. So the author in the second section of the first chapter from the subject of criticism, criticism of the object, subject, objective to accept criticism, the use of resources five aspects of literary criticism and literary criticism business made a detailed comparison.The second chapter analyzes the current Chinese classification of literary criticism of the commercial phenomenon. Consisted by literature and art criticism in business case, text works’ literature commercial criticism and examples, television drama works of literature and art criticism and business,calligraphy art works and art criticism and commercial examples three parts.The third chapter is the core part of this paper. Focused on the analysis of the China literature and art criticism of the rise of the commercial power mechanism. The force includes: direct dynamic market economy capital brings; cultural power consumption culture brings power; technology brought convenient modern mass communication mode. And draws the conclusion: literary criticism and realistic situation of commercial encountered the historical opportunity provides the historical and time conditions for the emergence and development, so its appearance is inevitable.Finally, the ending part briefly expound Chinese literature and art critics has same unstable features as commercialization. These features fight with those which is completely opposite to art features in literature and art critics. Therefore, in short period, economics and critics will have play short role in Chinese literature and art critics field. While in long period, it brings submerge and needs to be noticed. In order to promote the dialectical unity of literature and art criticism Chinese commercial dual attributes, we still have a lot of work to be carried out.
