A Study On Discourse Of Online Literary Critics

Since the Internet entered China in 1994,Chinese literary criticism get rid of the shackles of the historical context and strides towards the age of the Internet.With the surging tide of consumption,a very open,inclusive and complex media discourse space has been formed.This discourse mode of online literary criticism is different from the traditional ones in terms of aesthetic standards,criticism style,criticism language and media platform,constructing the macro future of the development of Chinese literary criticism with its independent attitude,revolutionary momentum and irresistible courage.As an emerging phenomenon of literary criticism,the formation of online literary criticism is not only the result of its own evolution,but also the update of the literary criticism system under the continuous promotion of the great wheel of history.Literary criticism consists of critics,critical objects and critical text.As one of the three elements of online literary critics,the characteristics of online critical text are embodied in the evolution of the mode of discourse.The discourse of online literary critics can be traced back to the 1980 s,The Fourth National Conference of the Representatives of Literary and Art Workers initiated the critical trend of "emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts",forming a professional,scientific,reflective and aesthetic collective discourse.This kind of discourse memory was developed in the 1990 s,making college critical discourse the mainstream voice of the society.At the same time,the "undercurrent" of folk comments began to develop with the intervention of the Internet.After the millennium,the continuous infiltration of Consumerist culture and the continuous expansion of virtual space make the discourse of online literary critics more diversified and inclusive.It can be seen that the discourse of online literary critics has realized its own development in the unity of change and invariability,the compatibility of static and dynamic,and the continuous alternation of conflict and harmony.As the discourse subject of literary critics,online literary critics have experienced the struggle for the right to speak.In the 1980 s,under the wave of college criticism,the identity of traditional critics returned one after another;in the 1990 s,the status of traditional critics was established;in the early years of the new century,the identity of traditional critics was questioned and the war of discourse right with folk critics began;finally,after 2010,the emphasis on the rise of mass critics was shifted.The rapid changes in society have had a different degree impact on critics who have experienced different times,with the classification of discourse subject,the discourse of literary critics has also undergone a fault-like change,showing a series of new characteristics.The new age feature of critical discourse is that critical discourse has become a social practice.This practice is not only a way for language to express itself,but also a tool in interpersonal communication,and an important force to indicate,compose and construct the world.First of all,the formation and development of literary critical discourse is based on language.The changes of comment language in the network era include the change of reference relationship(endow the signifier with a new concept,increase the number of signifiers),the adaptation of discourse(the use of English abbreviations,the creation of bilingual pidgin)and the rise of audio-visual language(the popularity of literary criticism columns).Secondly,the key to the dissemination of literary critical discourse is group identification.Through the selective use of different forms of discourse,literary and artistic commentators can determine the attribution relationship between themselves and circles,positions,institutions and organizations((for example,the interest-based folk comment circle,the identity-based academic comment organization,and the media-based traffic comment position).And then make the new way of discourse in the group spread and development.Finally,the social significance of online literary critical discourse lies in breaking the traditional and unique discourse order and establishing a diversified discourse system,thus beginning a new journey to reshape the public opinion environment of literary criticism in China.
