Cultural and creative industries produce in the information age and cultural economy era, which is based on high-tech means and cultural resources, and which is the emerging industry which take creativity as soul and core. In the process of globalization, after ten years of development, cultural and creative industries have proven to be the most promising and the development potential of the industries. In many developed countries, the cultural and creative industries in the development of speed and scale of the excess of the traditional industries and become a pillar industry of national economy.China's cultural and creative industries development process is not long, it has gradually been concerned in recent years. President Hu put forward the "cultural soft power" concept in the congress report. As an important part of "cultural soft power", cultural and creative industries have been becoming key industry at all levels of government. A variety of cultural and creative industry theory and practice have gradually developed.
