Cities were labeled with "brand" when established, and with the development of the city, the connotation of the city brand gradually expanded and solidification, and has formed a unique brand features. At this time, we need to will the city as a brand to the business. In the global competition today, many cities are competing to establish their own city brand, and the point is based on cultural and creative industries(CCI).It yielded an overwhelmingly impact to all countries’economic, political, and cultural since it was produced. And the influence is shown in the industry and the increase of the proportion of the astonishing growth speed. This can be seen in all about cultural creativity industry planning documents.The main role of CCI for a city brand is the promotion for integral structure of the economic and regarding industries. There’s a inter-promoted relationship between CCI and the city brand spread. More and more city started to pay attention to and use its own culture characteristics of communication elements and symbols. So, cultural and creative industries in the city the structure of overall economic role becomes more and more important, and even a soul in some cities.The spread of urban brand effect and model has been widely discussed scholars, but from the cultural Angle to discuss the creative industry city brand communication is not much literature, formed even many blank. A complete theoretical paradigm appears urgent and emergency.This paper focuses on the cultural and creative industries and urban brand spread, the paper defines a sharp, discusses the relationship between the two form and function, lists a large spread after the example, this paper analyses the present situation of urban spread, and then based on a large amount of literatures and finishing, sort out the cultural and creative industries, from the perspective of city brand transmission mode and means, this as city brand spread reference.
