Construction And Function Of "A Yu"

The dissertation based on previous studies, ascertains the object of research"A yu"firstly, then describes the structure from three aspects: syntax,semantics and pragmatics.In terms of syntax, the composition following"A yu"is analyzed as objects, there are three functions, of which nominal objects account for more than 50%; The form of"A yu +object", mainly as predicate, can also be as attribute and object, which are its non-basic syntactic functions.As for semantics, there are several kinds of meanings of these objects, which are divided into seven types; Then we come to the interplay relations between"A"and object from the view of dative valence.Concerning pragmatics ,there are three functions: indicating written language,focus and making nominated meaning more clear. Finally, we describe"A dan yu"and"A shuang yu"respectively, and try to give reasonable explanation.The thesis is comprised of six chapters.In chapter one, through the review of the formerly related research, the significance and the research tentative plan of this thesis are specified.Chapter two mainly analyzes the components of"A yu".Chapter three describes the syntactic function of"A yu+object", then on the base on this, we come to the interplay relations between"A"and object from the view of dative valence.Chapter four researches semantic function of the structure.Chapter five studies when the structure appears and the course. Then"A yu"is separated into two parts"A dan yu"and"A shuang yu". Give the types detailed description and try to give some reasonable explanation.The last chapter is about the conclusion. The conclusion summarizes the contents of the research. In this chapter, we also propose some problems that have not solved at present, hope to solve it in future study.
