Research On Characteristics Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors

Being the carrier of the essence of excellent traditional culture,Chinese intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese humane culture.Its creation and passing down depend on the practice and thinking of human beings.The existence of intangible cultural heritage is,to a certain degree,dependent on human beings,which means the key of protection of intangible cultural heritage lies not only in the protection of matter but also in the protection of its successors.With the trend of economic globalization,the social structure and environment in which the intangible cultural heritage of all ethnic groups survives has changed, which caused that the intangible cultural heritage rely on dictation and behavioral transmission is continually disappeared.And many schools of intangible cultural heritage are in danger of withering away.How to protect the system and the essence of the schools of intangible cultural heritage better?Especially for the living object,the schools of intangible cultural heritage,the protection of inheritors and the structure of protection mechanisms system, it is a serious problem.The change of the modern society has resulted the schools of intangible cultural heritage lost the survival environment, make it difficult to meet the needs of the times. Aging of the population,lack of heirs,economic pressure,cultural psychological inferiority, the constraints of the traditional concept and so on are the factors to cause transmission of the crisis.And the four grade input of funds supporting mechanisms depending on government-led,from the central to local,to alleviate the funding of protect their,is still imperfect because of its shorter during protecting inheritosr.According to all provinces distribution of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,this research aims to find out the scientific reasons of intangible cultural heritage protection mechanisms by researching on individual characteristics and population characteristics of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,in order to provide good suggestions for establishing monitoring mechanism of the intangible cultural heritage protection,and provide an objective quantitative basis,which will help the intangible cultural heritage be onto the healthy development track.On the basis of the existing protection system, following issues were found in this research:It is a isolated view of inheritors in accreditation system; It is unreasonable on the sex ratio of state-level inheritors; It is unscientific in protection from the geographical point of view; It is too mechanical in economic security system.The following points should be taken seriously to solve these problems in protection of intangible cultural heritage:Their own characteristics that need to be seriously ,when accreditation system about intangible cultural heritage inheritors is established. And according to their characteristics, one to many and many to one,between intangible cultural heritage and inheritors to develop a suitable program,which includes methods of individual identified and group identified; The main role of women should be paid attention to,in order to achieve the proper proportion of men and women;It is need to accelerate the cultural and ecological areas so that scientific zoning methods be implemented,which consider the factors of ecological environment and geographical features of language;Unreasonable method of "across the board" should be put an end,and at the same time, exit mechanism should be established to improve supervision system.
