"Taiwan Hongkong And Overseas Chinee Liturature" Disseminating America Chinese Literature, Europe Chinese Literature And Australia Chinese Literature

"Taiwan Hongkong and Overseas Chinese Literature"(for short "Chinese Literature") is an academic journal, which is edited and published by Taiwan, Hong Kong and Overseas Chinese literature center , Shantou University ,introducting and researching about Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and Overseas Chinese literature.Since the first issue in April, 1985 (to December, 2010),it has been 26 years marvelously. In this time, flourishing age of national literature, ideological fanaticism in the 1980s; literary lost in the 1990s,having to affix advertising, decorate cover girls, it also should not be in academic journal.However, it after all is gone.Reviewing of significance of research is the most important. We set the implications of research "Chinese Literature" on the pursuit of literature, namely, the pursuit of literature vitality and charm. Specific to this article, through the investigation on "Chinese Literature" disseminating America Chinese literature,Europe Chinese literature and Australia Chinese literature, it can be known about the spread of Chinese literature in mainland. This is basis dictating our understanding.We want to see what has happened about Chinese literature and how can we recognize it.Meanwhile,due to this investigation of literary dissemination ,we can find survival circumstance of overseas Chinese. We believe that literature provides the continuation of life for the end.One way , the method that we use of ,is historical research, the so-called historical touch. Touching the history is to pay attention to literature itself and criticism itself, rebuilding the scene, involving thought;it is to pay attention to case studies, in oder to present the richness of the historical process and object of study. Having its own requirements, historical research is looking for past the truth.Its two methods seem contradictory, namely faith to historical records and imagination that imagining its totality with the clues of the historical records. As literature study ,we also desire truth. we also tend to the method of combining faith and the imagination in communication research of "Chinese Literature". That is to say, for communication investigation of America Chinese literature,Europe Chinese literature and Australia Chinese literature, we are faithful to records of "Chinese Literature"; and for Chinese literature's original conditions and possibilities ,we put forward to suitable historical imagination. Then we have our own data so that we can make all clearness.Also we will get about Chinese literature its knowledge what it is, and only these knowledge can make the Chinese literature recovery,which has lost its substantive and adequacy.We firmly believe that literature research must walk into the history for the sake of exploring in the deep.The other one is communication. But, it should be literary dissemination, namely, aiming to try to maintain the own life of media and make more contribution to the development of literature .Based on this, the media, including "Chinese Literature", must have a fundamental shift, namely, the media not to its own survival and development as the basic premise, but to generation and development of Chinese literature as the basic premise.
