Until now, Japan and China began to communication before the Sui Dynasty. From this time began sending the messengers to our country, learnning of China's advanced culture and institutional systems.Special at bureaucracy, after the event of Dahua New changes, repealed the Hereditary system, officials's appointment and removal rights were dominated by the nara state. Elporing how the system of the Tang Dynasty developed systems in a foreign country. What is driving force for cultural exchanges between the two countries played.In addition, through the research, you can see the national characteristics of Japanese , which will play a role in more profound understanding of Japanese cultures.The structure of this thesis is as follows : including the introduction , this thesis is divided into five parts . The part of introdution mainly described the motive of the topic of thesis , purpose and significance of study , prior studies and the new perspectives and difficulties of the thesis . The first chapter focuses on the introductions of Nara state's foreign policy and cultural prosperity of the Tang dynasty. The second chapter described the learning content and characteristics of Nara early time, mainly from forms and content aspects to do researches. Next, at chapter III, in contrast with Chapter II, I consider to know the type and characteristics of Nara later time changing.Such as the creative and nationality.Chapter IV summarizes the conclusions and significance of the study, analysis of the results through the promotion of political power was taken from the national side and would also help to maintain system of future generations. In the international environment , in order to more fully understand the Japanese people to explore the Japanese national character is necessary .
