Regional economic research must be selected a area . This paper chooses Mizhou of the Northern Song Dynasty as a study area.There are two reasons about this option . One is Mizhou went through Song and Jin dynasties , sharpened social conflicts made the social economy environment , economic characteristics and embodied policy are more obvious . The other one , Mizhou is a typical northern region .The town type of Mizhou is all-sided , including inland , waterfront , resource , traditional and so on.Mizhou is a part of eastern Jingdonglu .
