I-Ching is an ancient book in China which has been spread of nearly three thousand years. As early as the Warring States period, it had been seen as an important book. In the subsequent feudal society. It has been regarded as a sacred text and plays an unparalleled role. The role of I-Ching has been changed from superstition into philosophy. The study of Yi is just the interpretation of the I-Ching. The interpreter expounds its idea by commenting I-Ching.In the history of Yi, Wang Bi's thought has epoch-making significance. Wang Bi studied the compilation, hexagrams structure and function of I-Ching with the interpretation of the I-Ching. He criticized the thinking of image-number school, and laid the theoretical foundation for the Yi of implication school. The distinction between implication school and image-number school is marked by Wang Bi.In this paper, based on the study of the biography of Wang Bi's Yi, combined with the interpretations of other works of Wang Bi, integrated the development of Yi, I try to explore Wang Bi's unique way of thinking reflected in the process of his interpretation of I-Ching and reveal the value and significance of his study of Metaphysics by the aspects of the origin, ontology, methodology, political views and the history of Wang Bi's Yi. And on this basis, I do a further research of the value of Wang Bi's Yi in the modern cultural-transformation period.The first part of the article analyzes the significance of Wang Bi's Yi and describes the methods used in it on the basis of domestic and international research of Wang Bi's Yi currently.The main part of the paper is chapter I to Chapter V. In the first chapter, based on the study of academic change in Han dynasty, combined with the research of Wang Bi's inheritance, the paper explores the origin of Wang Bi's Yi by comparing Taoism with Yi.And then it studies the characteristics and academic content of Wang Bi's Yi in the chapter 2 to 4. The second chapter focuses on the ontology of Wang Bi'Yi by metaphysical interpretation. By comparing Wang Bi with the Confucian interpretation of"DanYanYi", it analyzes the essential characteristics of Metaphysics Ontology of Wang Bi from the perspective of Yi. The third chapter analyzes the methodology reflected in the process of Wang Bi commenting "Book of Changes", focusing on his "Forgetting as"theory. And on this basis, combined with the principles of Wang Bi Yi, it summarizes the Specific methods of his Yi. Chapter IV, from the perspective of political theory of Wang Bi's Yi, this paper learns Wang Bi's Yi contacting with nature, political, ethical and strategy ideas. The fifth chapter of the paper studies on Wang Bi's contribution to the development of Metaphysics of Wei&Jin dynasty and study of Yi, especially the role Wang Bi's Yi plays in the modern academic transition period.
