"Lao tzu",also known as the "Tao Te Ching",was considered to be one of the three most influential books of Chinese Masterpiece of thought.Lao-tzu was born in pre-Qin Period,and the the special work of researching Lao-tzu,should start in the Warring States period,"Han Fei" in "the exploration of Lao-tzu" and "the annotation of Lao-tzu".However,the complete annotation of "Lao-tzu" began in Han dynasty.With the continuous development and awakening in the age of people with breadth of vision in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,when we research the works of the annotation of Lao-tzu,it was found that the direction of annotating Lao-tzu by the scholars in the Wei and Jin Dynasties was on a completely different path with traditional Confucian classics.At the same time,Wang Bi was born from the Han Dynasty to Wei Jin metaphysics classics academic steering period,also was able to throughout the overall situation.He was not only to look beyond the explanation and the annotation of “Tao-Te Ching”,but also could do his studies on reconcile resolve around and start debating of the similarities and differences of individual and society,also with religion and nature's conflict as his mission,could be a generation of literati Chester style.In Wang Bi's short life,he completed a series works of annotating Tao-Te Ching,and created a new style of metaphysics through academic creation and contribution of his own,made far-reaching influence in the history of academic of China.This paper is based on the edition of “the annotation of Tao-Te Ching”,annotated by scholar Wang,and proofreaded by Mr.Lou Yulie.Through combining with the emphasize analysing of specific content of Wang Bi's“the annotation of Tao-Te Ching" to comprehend the original viewpoints and unique ideas of Wang Bi.At the same time,combining with the expound on the original content of "Tao-Te Ching" by Wang Bi,to further understand the unique vision and broad pattern in annotating Tao-Te Ching.And also revealing the original real motivation of Wang Bi,excavating the annotating of “Tao-Te Ching”'s historical influence and epoch significance.The article can be divided into six parts,which are the introduction of the article,the main body in four chapters and the conclusion of the text.The first chapter focuses on the brief analysis of the situation of forms into“Tao-Te Ching” and the editions and the content of the book,and also analysis the situation of comment "Tao-Te Ching" in history.At the same time,give a briefly summary of the reasons and the backgrounds of the times and the same period of active exploration for people with breadth of vision overview of Wang Bi's "annotation of Tao-Te Ching".The second chapter focuses on discussing the“annotation of Tao-Te Ching” by Wang Bi.Combined with the specific content to explain “Tao-Te Ching”.Finally combined with the above analysis of the text content,to give a summary explanation of the viewpoint of ins and outs,to pave the way of the exploration on the relationship of nature and the Confucian ethical code.The third chapter focuses on the exploration on how to harmonize the relationship between the nature and the Confucian ethical code.Take the real motivation as the starting point,discusses the special backgrounds of the works,and combine with thesis statements in the third chapter,take the theory of non-essentials and fundamentals to demonstrate the relationship of the "nature" and " the Confucian ethical code".The conclusion part of the whole article focuses on summarizing the historical influence of Wang Bi's "annotation of Tao-Te Ching",making a briefly comparative analysis with different periods' scholars on annotating Tao-Te Ching in history,to summarize the unique and profound influence on the annotation of Tao-Te Ching by Wang Bi.Then take a brief summary and induction of the overall ideas and the central arguments,at the same time sum up the confusion encountered in the processing of writing the article,finally give a briefly self-examination on own problems and shortcomings.
