Chongqing Children's Latin Dance Situation Survey And Research

About the questionnaire studies,10 teaching school s and 400 students and teachers were tested .This thesis makes a research and analysis on the juvenile Latin education and the current situation in Chongqing. so I got the following conclusions:1. Currently,the juvenile Latin of Chongqing is developing rapidly. The amount of students and events has increased greatly compared with last year. However,we have some distance comparing with the coastal cities,and lag greatly behind the developed country.2. According to the questionnaire and visiting,I found the restrictive factor for juvenile Latin of Chongqing development as following:teaches not have high level of skills and lack learning opportunities; No formal training centers and without concerned dept. to manage,most of training centers are privately owned businesses.3. Base on the questionnaire,the skills of judges at a lower level,they lack hire national grade judges from Shanghai and Shengzhen. It's a great disadvantage for the development of juvenile Latin of Chongqing.4. Present Situation of training is very worrying: most teachers are teaching without dancing partner; Serious disproportions between boys and girls; Lack of quality-education teaching system; Enrolling system is often addle; Training hours are generally shorter; Irrational lessons; Methods of teaching are dull; Without Light-hearted Class Atmosphere ,etc.5. Through investigate and analysis on contestants and judges,I found that there are many problems,too many contestants cause the judge overworked, so the judgment will be effected.6. The host not control the amount of contestants, maybe someone need to play until one o'clock at morning,so it's affected the expectations of contestants.The following is my advices and suggestions,and hope it will be helpful for the develop the juvenile Latin of Chongqing.1. Our city need to propaganda widely incidence of Latin, enhance the understanding of Latin,to increase the numbers of students.2. To improve teachers'skills and qualities; To set up a check-up system and provide more opportunities of education communication;To improve teachers management systems,including routine check and competitive system;To improve teachers skills in all respects.3. To set serious enrolling system, provide favorable terms for boys to keep a balance sex ratio, that's the guarantee of success of our city's juvenile Latin.4. The related dept. need to hold more formal contests, to provide more chances to students to practice and show themselves. It can avoid the sponsor's problem due to too many competitors,to create impartial, fair and open environments and conditions for the competitors.5. Related dept need to establish rules for the grading of operation examination.6 .Promote diversification in the school system. Now,it's mainly based on private school .This brings great difficult to standardizing the markets and executing related policies. In order to improve teaching facilities,we need to raise funds through various channels,such as government and enterprise. So more young people will participate, and make contributions to the development of juvenile Latin of Chongqing.
