Research On The Path Of Characteristic Culture Construction In Zhuanghe City From The Perspective Of New Urbanization

Along with the development of industrialization,urbanization is characterized by the gradual concentration of rural population to cities and towns,and the centralization of non-agricultural industries in towns.Urbanization is the objective trend of the development of human society and it is an important symbol of national modernization.However,due to the lack of systematic and comprehensive planning,the neglect of cultural construction,the unclear orientation of cities,the destruction of ancient buildings and the neglect of people's emotional needs,etc,some problems have emerged in the process of urbanization in China,such as the imperceptible personality of urban construction,the division of cultural context,the lack of a sense of closeness and belonging,etc.The construction of characteristic culture can effectively resolve the contradictions in the process of urbanization and improve the development quality of new type urbanization.At the same time,the development of new type of urbanization can also promote the construction of characteristic culture.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to be solved that how to avoid some bad conditions in urbanization construction through the construction of characteristic culture,so as to make the development of urbanization more balanced and scientific.Under the background of new urbanization,this paper studies the cultural development and construction in the process of urbanization both at home and abroad and analyzes the successful experience and common problems of cultural construction in the process of urbanization in China by using the methods of literature research and comparative analysis,and by consulting and understanding a large number of relevant materials.This paper summarizes and draws lessons from the successful examples of Xiaobao Administrative Village of Songzhuang Town and Xinhua Administrative Village of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province,as well as the successful practical experiences of developed countries such as Britain,France and Japan.Finally,taking Dalian Zhuanghe City of Liaoning Province as the specific research object,this paper analyzes the advantage resources of Zhuanghe City in the current urbanization process,including natural resources of Zhuanghe,cultural heritage,service facilities,etc.And the outstanding problems in Zhuanghe urbanization characteristic culture construction at present,including the serious homogenization in small town,rural depression because of the population loss,the lack of the dominant force in the town culture construction and so on.By referring to the successful practices at home and abroad,combining with the advantages and problems of the local cities and towns in the characteristic culture construction,this paper concretely explores the characteristic culture construction path of Zhuanghe from the perspective of new urbanization,mainly from the development of cultural industry,the optimization of industrial structure,cultural construction,personnel training and the increasement of government policy and financial support.Around the rich natural and human resources,financial resources,human resources and other forms in Zhuanghe to promote characteristic culture construction.It provides a theoretical reference for the construction of characteristic culture in the process of urbanization construction in Zhuanghe City.This text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper,and summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research literature,and analyzes the research ideas,contents and methods of this paper.The second chapter briefly introduces the basic concept and theoretical basis of the construction of characteristic culture from the perspective of new urbanization,the third chapter is the status quo and problem of Zhuanghe characteristic culture development,the fourth chapter is the experience of cultural construction at home and abroad.The fifth chapter is to discuss the countermeasures and suggestions of Zhuanghe characteristic culture construction path under the new urbanization vision combining with the current advantage resources,the domestic and foreign experience and the existing problems.After excavating,analyzing and solving the problems,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction in Zhuanghe characteristic culture..
