Research On The Government Function Of Rural Cultural Ecology Protection And Inheritance In The Process Of Urbanization In China

China's total economic volume has jumped to second in the world.The rapid development of urbanization has added enough fuel to China's economic take-off.The rural culture carries the profound historical memory of the rural society.It is the wisdom of the Chinese farming civilization for thousands of years.It is the unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation.It is the deepest spiritual support of the Chinese children.It is an indispensable factor of our traditional culture.However,in the process of promoting urbanization,the industrial civilization and farming civilization have a fierce collision in the rural society.The city culture,which is advanced,civilized and rational,has quickly defeated the rural culture which is considered to be decadent,backward and traditional.Rural cultural ecology has been severely damaged,and there are many crises.It is urgent to protect and inherit the rural cultural ecology.Therefore,based on the current background of urbanization in China,this paper studies the government functions of protecting and inheriting rural cultural ecology.The full text includes six parts.The first part firstly explains the background of the topic and the significance of the topic,and reviews the collected literature on the basis of extensive collection of relevant domestic and foreign literature on the protection and inheritance of rural cultural ecology.The second part defines the related concepts and basic connotations,and finds out the characteristics of the rural cultural ecology according to the differences in the contents,forms and carriers of the urban cultural ecology and the rural cultural ecology.At the same time,it also analyzes the characteristics of the government's cultural function.The third part focuses on analyzing the crisis and predicament of the rural cultural ecology in the process of urbanization.Then,from the multidisciplinary perspective,the significance of protecting and inheriting the rural cultural ecology is analyzed,thus the necessity of protecting and inheriting the rural cultural ecology is derived.The fourth part,through the analysis of the role of farmers,civil organizations and the government in protecting and inheriting the rural cultural ecology,points out that the government must be the dominant force to protect and inherit the rural cultural ecology,and then analyze the cultural functions of the government.In the fifth part,the paper analyzes the cases of cultural ecology households and inheritance in Shangping Village,Jianning County,Fujian Province,and finds out the application of government cultural functions.Finally,the government puts forward specific measures on how to better perform its cultural functions in the protection and inheritance of rural culture ecology:(1)vigorously carry forward the excellent traditional culture and dig out the connotation of the rural culture;(2)change the concept of administrative personnel development and strengthen the arbitrary knowledge of cultural responsibility;(3)clear the goal of protection and inheritance.To formulate scientific planning;(4)increase financial input,raise funds in multiple ways;(5)adhere to the protection of the first,develop the cultural industry moderately;(6)strengthen the cultivation of cultural talents,broaden the channels for talent introduction;(7)improve the regulatory system and strengthen market supervision.
