The Research On Works For Zhonghu And Orchestra "The Desert Gloaming"

The thesis through the research on the musical noumenon of Concerto for Zhonghu and orchestra,"The desert gloaming",to explore the works'orchestration character,musical structure and the harmonic character.There are 4 parts in the thesis:The first one part ,analyze the works'creating period,discuss band's stucture and orchestration character.The second,through the research on the musical structure,to explore the fluence to the orchestra's structure,which is made by easten structure thinking and Chinese traditional musical structure.The third part,analyse the pitch's structure,which include the creating of kernel motive,the use of artificial scale and the relationship between harmonic creating and modernistic compose technique.The last part,intend to explore the fluence to the works that made by Chinese traditional musical thinking and the works'cultural connotation,then summarize the works'position and value in the creation of modernistic Chinese orchestra.
