The thesis deals with justice which is an old and ever-green topic. Thecontemporary reforms in our country are bringing about justice question sharply beforethe human being and many scholars have engaged in the discussion and construction ofjustice theory. In this thesis, I attempt to examine the view of justice by laying it on afoundation of the social reality, research the essence, grounds, criterion and way of comingtrue, thus the four parts of this paper are formed: Part I, "Justice: man's eternal value pursuit". To explain what is justice, this partbegin with a general meaning of justice, and then review the history of justice theory. Finally this part is concluded with a Marxism definition of justice. Part â…¡, "Man: the ultimate grounds of justice. "Why justice has been chased byhuman being throughout the history? The answer lies in the relationship between humanand justice, that is, man's all-round and free development is the genuine theme ofjustice. The two sides are connected together by" social relations", for man's nature is thetotal of them and justice is impartial social relations. Partâ…¢, "Institution: the way leading to justice. "How to get justice in our life? Institutions are a set of regulations origining from the standardization of social relations. So establishing and strengthening all kinds of social institutions, especially political systemon basis of justice principle can be a strong protection for justice. This part also reveals theessence, features and functions of institutions. Partâ…£, "Reality: calling for justice. "This part is an application of the justice theoryformed with the three parts above to real life. After citing some main unfair phenomena inpresent society, the paper analyses the reasons of them and tries to advance correspondingmeasures to get rid of them. In brief, we should view the question of justice all-sidely and realize Its practicalsignificance. On the one hand, social practice determines the nature and destiny of theview of justice; on the other hand, in accordance with ideal, social justice criticizes andguides the reality, designs and constructs a perfect society in the future and directs thedevelopment of mankind history.
