In this thesis, the author, focused on the character, atmosphere and the spirit of the wnters in seventeen years period by means of discussing the perspective and narrator in novels. As for the methods, the author use sampling surrey from the four perspective (omniscience point of view, the third-person confine perspective, the first-person narrative, the first-person auto-narrative) to count their statistics distribution, on which build his argumentation. According to the intervene or estrange state for the narrator in the novels, there four estrange state for the narrator in the novels, these four perspective can be classified into two types; first-person narrative and the third-person narrative, The former was used to discuss perspective, the later to discuss narrator. Part one is about the features of the third-person narrative on perspective. The omniscience point of view can be divided into three types: pingshu, plot and flgurc ~ 7 style; Among the three, the emphasized on plot however ignore the character, especially the character抯 mentality, the last one in a way touch upon it but not too much. The confine perspective can also be divided into two types; onlooker-perspective and personage-perspective. The later pay a little attention to character抯 mentality that in the seventeen Years the novels were superficial on revealing the character抯 mentality workl In part two the author argue the narrator抯 statue and pose in first-person narrative. In it, the author focused on the narrator抯 statue and pose in revolution history and realistic subject matter, in which the narrator can be broken into two types: popular and intellectuals and they assume different pose. The popular were self-confident, proud but lack of personality. In contmst the intellectuals were humble and cautious. And in the auto-narrative novels there were the same two types of narrator. The former modest and proud, the latter are more complex, some are regret sincerely, some escaped regret and some affirmed themselves by regret. Among the seventeen Years period, the novels by narrative are more than the novels by auto-narrative, It resulted from the atmosphere and the composition of writers in that period. Among this period the features of perspective made literature take on a new look, however, still bad some limitatiom And the different of narrator抯 of the times but also the writers?attitude toward times and politics.
