we can hardly know the words that appeared in the ancient times if we are not familiar with its culture background. The thesis mainly argues the relationship between Cahetai language and the influence on Uighur's traditional culture which language brought. For culture, it can be defined as a skill of transmitting intact and unchanged from one generation to the next the fundamental ways of doing things which we learned from the generation which preceded us,such as children are conceived and reared, horses raised, fish caught and different ceremonies hold in much the same way by most of the members of any society, of course the thesis main target object is Uighur's society. From the perspective of those in each new generation, and for the society as an enduring historical entity this process of cultural transmission yields enormous economy. The article examines in detail what these layers are in Uihgur's cultural structure. The layers mentioned above is made up of three parts, that is about material, about rules and customs, and about psychological. In line with the development of society, some words such as associations with different terms of horse, agricultural expressions and a high interest of the world can serve effectively to consider the situation of thattime. Today, though no such language group exists as that used once by their ancestors, nevertheless, it may also have additional interest and value because of its relationship to a historical period or to some well-known accidents. Various horse names and different terms related to agricultural tools for example are more valuable as criteria to examine the Uighur's people.Similarly, we can get a further understanding about the Uighur's traditional culture we can know much more about the communication among different nationalities in old Xinjiang and the customs prevailed in a hierarchy whereby the kingdoms how to rule their subject through a study of numerous groups of words collected from history records. Words and expressions are studied by cultural and social historians, who see them as direct clues to a people's way of life. Such culture may benefit cultural researchers greatly because the results can enhance the associative or relic value, the study of words even illuminate a clear relationship between words and its specific culture.Though Xinjiang is an area far away from the cost-line, the article wants to discuss the psychological character of Uighur's people was open .In the Uighur's language, where the roles of grammar are not sharply separated and where many words are absorbed to a greater or lesser extent from Arabic, Persia, concepts of mono superiority is hard to maintain .accordingly, it made Xinjiang into a region of multiculture .The pattern of sharing a language in grammars, vocabularies makes for a colourful culture and this in turn leads to further Sharing. In old Xinjing the man learned to accept thatcustoms or rules Islamism brought them more easily than did their ancestors and to prepare more fully for participation in a multicuture world charaterized by cooperation rather than by "refusal" .The article can be divided into three parts that is preface, body and appendix. The first part told us all kinds of ancient languages appeared in West Region, pointed out that languages played an important role in the multicultural society. The second part discussed the definitions for culture, mentioned it would be understood in a broad view, meanwhile, the culture can be understood as a structure consists of three layers. The article mainly argued that we can get a deep insight into the culture through the study of three layers of culture including the words about society development, rules and customs and even about psychological activities.
