Through a lie detective experiment of poker, this study aims to evaluate the physiological changes: heart rate, respiration rate, and galvanic skin response. It also intends to find out if there are some personality factors that affect the physiological changes. 32 female college students were randomly assigned into two groups-the liar group and the innocent group, their physiological changes were observed while they were answering the questions. The results are as follows:1, In different groups of GSR frequency changes level, there are significant differences on Pd and Re scores.2, In different groups of GSR amplitude changes level, there are significant differences on Dy and Re scores.3, Compare the subjects who have high GSR frequency changes level and also high GSR amplitude changes levelwith the other subjects who have low GSR frequency changes level and also low GSR amplitude changes level, we can see distinctive difference on Re score between the two groups.
