Study On The Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie System Of The Tang Dynasty

This thesis tries to make a systematic study on the Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system of the Tang Dynasty by means of tracing back to the source of Jing-jie, and to reflect contradicted evolution of the medieval feudalistic society between central government and local regime of ChinaThis thesis is divided into four parts.The first part: Attempt to inquire into the Jing-jie's concept, shape and his function before the Tang Dynasty, and demonstrate the changing trend of Jing-jie from the Zhou Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, carrying Jing-jie on the road, that is to say, the ambassador carried Jing-jie in ancient China, Jing-jie had been changed into the emblem of authority that central government awarded military leaders.The second part: Is the core and the key.(l)Jing-jie is Jie-du-shi's authority symbol of local military leaders and administrative commanding officials, there are strict institution and stipulations. The emerging time and historical origins of Jie-du-shi have every close relation with Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system. For Jie-du-shi, this title starts at the Jin-yun years of emperor Tang rui-zong , afterwards Jie-du-shi becomes suddenly into Dao's commanding orders that override Zhou-jun for the reasons of the Chai-qian-shi-zhi's prevalence.(2)For the complicated factor of Fan-zhen type, so Jing-jie system of deciding the military leaders and administrative commanding officials is different According to current scholarly achievement of Fan-zhen, author present that granting and receiving Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie consists of two kinds: One is about Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system of central plains, southeast Fan-zhen and Fan-zhen of border area the other is about Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system of delegating Wei-bo Fan-zhen, and point clearly that Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system appeared important chang after An-shi rebellion At emperor of Tang su-zong during the years of Zhi-de, before this time, the power of granting Jing-jie is controlled by central government Later for Jie-du-shi Jing-jie was required that obtained by force as requirement, this is his nature. This change is the inevitable result of the power contrast between centralization of authority and local division of authority.The third part: Probe into Jie-lou, Jie-tang, Jie-yuan, Jie-shen, Jie-ci and so on, that have important relation with the Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system.The forth part: Appendix. According to the research of Jie-du-shi's Jing-jie system, tries to reveal the contradicted change of central government and local regime of feudalistic society at the medieval time of China At last comes the conclusion that we should enhance system development, pay attention to the putting of talented person and make legal into practice etc. This is important historical experience and lesson.
