This paper focus on discriminating the western resources in Wang Guo-wei's Comments On Red Mansion Dream and his "Jingjie"(境界) Theory, which is divided into two parts, first, the paper combs in the frame of logy and thinks that the former book makes a comment on the famous novel taking the "pain" as the main target, while the latter established a layer of relation that could be verified each other between the creating body and the aesthetic object where the aesthetic object could be deduced from the creator and vice versa. Second ,the paper via theoretical analysis finds that Wang's Comment On Red Mansion Dream based on Schopenhauer's philosophy and aesthetics of Will Theory. The "pain" Wang has referred to is Schopenhauer's pain based on Will Theory. The nucleus of Wang's "Jingjie"(境界) Theory corresponds to Schopenhauer's Idea(理念) i.e. the aesthetic object is outside the Law of Reasons (根据律) , while the creating body is the sheer willless cognitive body.
