A Research Into The Mental State Of Health Of The Insurance Salesman And Its Relative Factors

Content: The research probe into the mental health of the insurance salesmen in Nanchang city, Jiangxi province through questionnaires by means of T-testing, correlation analysis, and so on, it also analyzes the contributing factors. The result shows that:(l) the level of mental health of insurance salesmen in our province is good as a whole, the question of the mental health is fasten on the force, blues and anxiety genes .(2) the level of mental health of insurance salesmen have a sexual difference in the force and psychosis genes, the condition of the mental health of saleswomen are better than that of salesmen.(3)the working hours of the salesmen affect the interpersonal relation condition.(4)the mental health of the insurance salesmen has a significant correlation with coping style, social support and personality, the most important factor that affect the mental health is neuropathy, the level of the social support has a significant effect on the condition of their mental health ,using a suitable coping style can also improve the level of their mental health.
