How to keep vocational students mental healthy? it has become a major issue of university administrators which must be studied carefully.In recent years,mental health issue of vocational school students has caused widespread concern in society,vocational students’ mental health education has been attached great importance in the whole society.Medical students as a vocational school students in a particular professional groups,need to learn many subjects and boring,I decide to pay it redouble our efforts to learn medical knowledge during the school,especially the practice of students learning from rote in school to clinical observation,practical skills shift operation,are risk factors for medical mental health.This study examined the medical students ’mental health,understanding the relationship between social support and coping style factors among its aims to provide a reference for the Medical Vocational Students’ Mental Health Education.Study stratified sampling method to investigate,survey instruments as "Perceived Social Support Scale"(SPSS),"Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire"(SCSQ)and "Symptom Checklist 90"(SCL-90).Survey Hebei vocational medical colleges a student,a total of 400 questionnaires were sent out 365 valid questionnaires,the effective rate was 91.25%.Survey results are as follows:(1)mental health of medical students affected practice,sex,child,professional,new students and other factors.Compulsion,interpersonal relationships and depression are the main factors affecting the mental health of medical students;and students compared internship medical students mental health needs more attention;and poor girls compared to boys and mental health,We need more attention.And compared to non-child-child poorer mental health status;Mental Health nursing inferior to other professionals;students from urban areas than in rural mental health of students.(2)Medical Students perceived social support that practice,whether only child,the impact of new students and other factors.Students and friends and other support to more than interns;friends only child support than the non-child;rural students friends to support urban students.(3)Medical Students coping styles internships,professional,whether only child,to students and other factors.Specifically,students use more positive response,and greater use of negative coping intern;and other professional compared to the nursing profession,more use of negative coping.(4)the dimensions of perceived social support and mental health degree There was a significant negative correlation;the presence of a positive response and the degree of mental health was significantly positively related to the degree of negative mental health and should be significantly negative.Coping styles and perceived social support are on the mental health of medical students have some predict.The study concluded that: medical students ’mental health is affected gender,profession,and other factors and the students,internship medical students mental health needs to get more attention,you can improve medical students’ social support,coping styles and other ways improve medical students’ mental health.
