Qualitative Analysis Of The Features And Test Methods Used In BEC2 Test--In Comparison With Cet BAND4

This thesis is intended to analyze comprehensively about the features and methods used in BEC2 test. With the assistance of an experiment and compared with GET Band4,the study reveals a number of features of BEC2 test. BEC2 test is of obvious characteristics of the CLT (Communicative Language Testing) approach;the test achieves high authenticity in test content and text content;the Multiple Matching method is more used than the Multiple Choice method in BEC2 test;BEC2 test examines the testees ability in handling the information at high level;the test emphasizes the productive ability;the answers of the questions in BEC2 test are not multifarious because of the specific situation,this will reduce the subjective factors in scoring and increase the reliability of the test paper.
