On Pole & Axis Exploitation In The West Of The USA And Enlightenment For China's Western Development

America' s west had been an undeveloped area. After 200 years' exploiting and industrial developing, the west made a leap and became the increasing center of America' s New Economy. In the past, the studies in point were focused on exploitative history and its significance in the view of politics or macro-economics. In terms of regional economy exploiting, this paper has studied the spatial course of Pole & Axis Exploitation in America' s west. Considering China' s conditions and western actualities, some lessons were drawn from the experiences of America' s West Development and could be used as historical reference in the process of China' s Western Development.
