This paper explores the plural forms of Shandong Dialect's personal pronouns by comparing with that in historic Shandong dialects. There are three types of personal pronouns in present day Shandong dialects: monosyllable, appended with "们", and appender with other components.Emphasis is put on the analysis of its evolution which is "weakening-strengthening by appending "们"-weakening following synaeresis-re-strengthening by appending "们" or other components.
