Currently, Our country is experiencing the remarkable social economy, politics, and culture transformation. At the same time, the morals system is also entering a transformation period immediately. In order to establish perfect .socialism-characterized market economy in China, We should not only construct it under market economy legal system, but also depend on appropriate market economy morals to adjust it. In the process of setting up market economy morals, we must handle properly with the relation between benefit and morals under the new situation and set up the right socialism view on benefit and morals.This thesis commence to launch the full thesis with the relation between benefit and morals. In chapter 1, Firstly, the author defines the definition with the morals and the market economy. The author points out: the market economy is an specific economic mechanism, which is oriented to internationalization and socialization of production and is adapted to objective demand with market, and uses market as major means to allocate resource. The moral is a kind of behavior norm, an individual inside binding force and a means for human being self-upgrading. The morals is decided by economy benefits, the morals reflect an economic benefits; the market economy is the foundation of moral, morals can affect market economy in turn. Secondly, the author compares and analyzes the two existing market economies: Socialistic Market liconomy and Capitalistic Market Economy. The author points out that: although the above two market economies have many common places, but there are many differences between them, which includes property system, revenue allocation principle, politics guarantee force, ultimate purpose etc. This is exactly source of the difference between socialism market economy morals ethics and capitalism ones. Finally, the author further explain theoretically that the law of value come to a decision that the market economy including the socialism market economy is the economic activities ofthe morals type, and we can't adjust this kind of market economy properly without this moral norm.In chapter 2, the author firstly traces back to the development of Chinese traditional and Western country view on benefit and moral, the two major theoretical sources of our socialism market economy morals construction, and Points out: Among Chinese traditional morals, the Confucianism is the most important source; Morals and Benefits, the two basic opposite group of Western views on benefit and morals, are both useful in constructing our modern market economy morals, the contribution from the latter is larger. Finally, the author compares Chinese traditional and western view on benefit and moral, and points out that the difference between the above two views is that, the former consists with collectivism, emphasis on morals and purpose on morals, the latter consists with individualism, emphasis on benefits and purpose on benefits.Based on the conclusions from the above two chapters, the author puts forward the ultimate conclusion in chapter 3: People utility ethics and dedication ethics is a socialism ethics foundation of market economy. Firstly, the author analyzes People utility ethics in detail and points out: right elucidation of relation between morals and benefits is the theories foundation of people utilitarianism; The reasonable personal benefits and the principle of the biggest benefits of people are the core contents of people utilitarianism; the real effectiveness theory concerning motive and the "three standards " are basic characteristic and evaluating criterion; People utility ethics is basic principle to moderates individual benefits, domestic civil benefits and collective benefits. The principle of people utility is the benefit of pursue proper the principle of properness of pursuing benefit, the principle of properness of pursuing self-benefit, the principle of limit of pursuing self-benefit, the principle of unification of self-favoring and else-favoring.
