Corporate Moral Problems Research During The Period Of Social Transition And Change In Our Country

System transition results in institution scarcity during the period of social transition and change in China , thus it can't restrain the behaviour of corporate effectively, eliciting the problems of corporate ethics. Their harm is serious ,so the author studies the problems of the present attentional corporate ethics such as the problems of honesty and credit ? the problems o efficiency and justice as well as several corporate moral problems in practice and puts forward appropriate solutions of each. Charter one , corporate moral problems' harm elicits the research on the origin of its formation which will be expounded in terms of institution during the period of social transition and change. Charter two expounds difference between the concept of traditional honesty and credit and economic ethical honesty and credit ; it describes the present honesty and credit problem and analyze the causes of problem and points out the approaches of solving the honesty and credit problem. Charter three points out the importance and the content of the corporate efficiency and justice; it sets out some problems about the present corporate efficiency and justice and solves these problems from institution ethics. Charter four expounds the corporate ethical problems and finds out the solutions to them in the corporate production, exchange and distribution, based on the above analysis and research, the paper enables corporate and its members to understand the harm of the problems arising form corporate ethics and causes them abide by ethical norms, benefiting corporate sustainable development.
