Luojiwen is a mode of political essay which had a great vogue during the second decade of the 20th century. It was named for its distinctive style of logic. Luojiwen' s best writer was Zhang Shizhao , a scholar with complicated actions in the modern times . The style of Luojiwen can be known better if we analyze Zhang Shizhao ' s standpoint on literature and his consciousness of genres , and inquire into the cause and characteristic of the style .Zhang Shizhao paid close attention to divisions of learning and lines between branches of learning. Hedifferentiated political essays and literary essays. In fact , his Luojiwen is a combination of Chinese and western political essays . Good qualities of both Chinese classical language and western grammar helped him to form a compact and precise style.The projecting characteristic of Luojiwen is its logical writing .It emphasizes something about logic, such asconception , reasoning and demonstration. The second characteristic is Zhang Shizhao ' s Western and Classical Expressions .The last one is its smooth and intensive tone .Chinese classical political essays are written with much aesthetic perception.
