Self-esteem is a evaluation which is derived and usually is conceived by individual in the course of how to look on himself.Perceived self-efficacy is a confidence or faith of capability which is needed by individuals to reach their goal in some special domain. Self-esteem is based on perceived self-efficacy partially.Attribution theory is a theory which looks on motivation in a cognitive viewpoint. Attribution theory deems that the cause and sentience of individuals concerning their behavior and result affects directly their subsequent feeling,expectation and actions.To explore the correlation between college students' self-esteem with perceived self-efficacy, attribution, and to offer theoretic warrant for studying the mental health of college students , 245 grade two students of Hunnu were investigated in this paper.In this investigate, students'self-esteem, perceived self-efficacy, attribution to academic achievement and interpersonal relation success or not were queried, and following works were done in this paper:1. The research on the difference in self-esteem and perceived self-efficacy between different groups of students , and t-test was used to compare the difference.In this investigate , students were grouped by sex, liberal art or science , origin from city or country, singleton or not and cadre or not.2. The research on the difference in attribution to academic achievement and interpersonal relation success or not between different groups of students.3. The research on the relation between college students' perceived self-efficacy, attribution to academic achievement and interpersonal relation success or not and self-esteem. In the course of the studying , correlation method and unitary regression method was respectively used to review the relation , and route analysis method was taken to establish the model of the influence between each other.From this paper following conclusion can be derived.1. Remarkable difference exists in self-esteem level between student cadres and those are not, the student cadres' self-esteem level is higher than that of others evidently.2. Different groups of students don't possess different perceived self-efficacy distinctly.3. Students put up obvious internal control tendency on psychology control points at aspect of academic achievement and interpersonal relation, they emphasize attribution to effort factors while neglect capability factors relatively.4. Notable difference exists in the attribute patterns to academic achievement and interpersonal relation success or not between students from city and those from country. Students come from country attribute more internal-control to academic achievement and interpersonal relation success or not than those from city.5. Very remarkable positive correlation exists between students' self-esteem and perceived self-efficacy.Students' perceived self-efficacy impose positively on the form of their self-esteem.6. Diverse degree of correlation exists between students' self-esteem , attribution to academic achievement and interpersonal relation success or not.7. Perceived self-efficacy imposes directly on self-esteem while attribution influences students' self-esteem by means of perceived self-efficacy.
