Morality contains its class nature, but also has the intercommunity. In the view of Marxist ethnics, Morality's class character and intercommunity are dialectical unity. But in moral systems, morality's class character s play a leading role all the time, its intercommunity always keep the subordinate status, in virtue of which morality generally belongs to class, and meanwhile, the traditional social structure is relatively close, morality's intercommunity is not obvious. So the morality's intercommunity was usually neglected even doubted or negated by people. With the coming of globalization era, with the world increasingly open, under such conditions as world shrinking and values pluralizing, facing lots of global problems, human beings need to seek a kind of shared moral language and criterion as the basis for conversation, intercommunion, cooperation for harmonious coexistence. This needs to highlight the morality's common characters and values, namely its intercommunity. Based on the thinking above, the paper put forwards that it's necessary to educate the students in universal ethics and explores the aims, contents and approaches of the education of the universal fundamentally.In addition to preface, conclusion, the paper is totally divided into five parts. The first part primarily demonstrates the existence of the universal ethics owing to some queries from academic circles, for the foundation of my argument. This part defines the universal ethics by reviewing the track of its historical development, and analyses its characters and essence. Then the author demonstrates the existence of the universal ethics from two aspects that mankind have got the common nous, moral origins and similar social practices. Finally, the author puts forward some view points on the queries aiming at the universal ethics.The second part demonstrates the necessity of the education for the universal ethics. The author points out that it's necessary for the moral education to have the world-wide field of vision from three aspects that the solution global problems needs global spirits, shanghai needs the shanghainess with world-wide field of vision and global tendency of human' s activity range makes the educational values turn around.The third part expatiates the aims and contents of the education for the universal ethics. The paper indicates that the aims of education of the universal ethics lies in guiding the students to learn to live together with the contents of understanding, respect, care, honesty & credit and cooperation educations.The four-part discusses the approaches of the education for the universal ethics from the subject teaching, school's inside and outside life practice and network.In the last part of the paper, the author differentiates and analyses couples of relations which must be paid attention to and dealt with in the education for the universal ethics.The innovation of the paper is to demonstrate the existence of the universal ethics and tentatively explore "the education for the universal ethics" focusing on the practical angle on the basis of theoretic thinking.
