Modern society demands versatile person. And versatile persons have three characters, which are knowledge, ability and non-intelligence. Among them, non-intelligence is the most important one. So the majority of farseeing scholars have paid much attention to training the youths' non-intelligence when they are in high school. Doubtlessly, foundation education reform in the beginning of 21 century pushed the problem to the stage.The researching clue of this thesis: Firstly, the author classify characters of the foundation education' s teaching target for innovation into 30 items. Then, the author analyze the relationship among the 30 items by the method of cultural heritage researching, questionnaire investigate and interview investigate. At last, the author gets 6 predominant compositions: Creative power, learning motive, strenuous power, social intercourse, self-confidence and standpoint of life. Secondly, the author measure some students' character level of the 6 predominant compositions by personality tests in order to understanding their developing level. Thirdly, according to the students' scores of the personality tests the author analyze the principal components, and the researching result are two factors: independence frontier spirit and business consciousness with cooperation. Finally, according to preceding context' s researching result and thought of the traditional education of non-intelligence training, the author continue to study the principle, path and strategy of non-intelligence training.This thesis did the trial explore on two aspects: One is that the author have found 2 public factors of non-intelligence which have the important influence to the high school students: independence frontier spirit and business consciousness with cooperation; The other is that, on the strategy of non-intelligence training, the author put forward" the principle of respect students' personality" and" anonymous principle", which have been neglected by tradition education. At the same time, the author have found the possibility of thought training and cognition training for non-intelligence training.
