A Study On Ethics Problems Of Network Society And Construction Of Netethics

With the building of Information High-way, network has rushed in our life. It has had profound effects on current society, which has formed network society that is the second living space of human beings. Because of the different bases of society life, the ways of intercourses and activities among people has changed substantially. At the same time, this has brought about a variety of network problems. All of the problems give rise to abroad attention. People arrive at consistent views: network society needs orders. The behaviors of the people in network norms which each network subject abides by together. The view of this dissertation is that one of maintenance in orders of network society is the building and implementing of norms of netethics. The elaboration of this dissertation is surrounded by this main content. To begin with network's source, the author probes into the characters and spirits of network, and discusses the way of living, the way of intercourse in network society, inherent connections between netethics and current ethics. Based on the background of network society, the author puts forward ethics problems in network society, and then analyzes the reasons, layout the framework system of constructing netethics, from constructing the subjects of netethics, establishing of norms and principles of netethics to carrying out the approaches, which has formed intergrated structural system.
