Work engagement refers to a mental state of stability,enrichmenr and positive related with work.It has the characteristics of vigor, dedication and absorption.Medical staff as the most important medical resources,their work engagement conditions can directly affect the recovery of patients.In recent years,the endless of doctor-patient disputes and disturbances have seriously affected the physical and mental health and work engagement of medical staff.Cognitive emotion regulation is someone make cognitive effotr in order to deal with an emergency.To medical staff,adaptive way of cognitive emotion regulation can effectively reduce the negative effect from a bad doctor-patient relationship and help them adjust the emtion to work actively.Previous researches on the work condition of medical staff are mostly from the perspective of negative job burnout,laking positive research about work engagement. Research of doctor-patient relationship are mostly from the perspective of sociology, laking psychology research.Research on emtion of medical staff mostly focused on emotional intelligence and emotional labor, laking emotion regualtion research.Based on the above situation, this research studyed on the current situation and relationship of doctor-patient relationship,cognitive emotion regulation and work engagement of medical staff.This study selected 460 medical staffs of three tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu province,using DDPRQ-10,CERQ-C and UWES with descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and intermediary effect inspection.The current condition about doctor-patient relationship, cognitive emotion regulation and work engagement of the medical staff have been systematically discussed.What’s more, the differences of different demographic variables on doctor-patient relationship, cognitive emotion regulation and work engagement of the medical staff have and the relationship of the three variables been analysed.The results show that:(1)The medical staff perceived the doctor-patient relationship at secondary level,and the demography variables of gender, nationality, professional title,working age,department, work characteristics, marital status, family atmosphere and family economic conditionsrespectively affacted the doctor-patient relationship.(2)In the face of negative events, medical staff used the adaptive way of cognitive emotion regulation, more less the nonadaptive way of cognitive emotion regulation, and the demography variables of nationality, age,working age, professional title,department,work characteristics,marital status,educational level,family atmosphere and family economic conditionsrespectively affacted the cognitive emotion regulation;(3)The work engagement of medical staff at secondary level,and the demography variables of post,age,working age,professional title,department,work characteristics,marital status,family atmosphere and family economic conditionsrespectively affacted the work engagement;(4)Medical staff of the doctor-patient relationship, cognitive emotion regulation mode and significant correlation between work engagement,doctor-patient relationship could predict work engagement, and negative cognitive emotion regulation can positively predict work engagement;(5)Adaptive way of cognitive emotion regulation is the intervening variable between the doctor-patient relationship and work engagement.
