At present,with the increase of the aging population and the enhancement of the health-care awareness,the huge population base and scarce medical resources makes medical pressure in China.Meanwhile,violence-against-doctors events occur frequently,and medical staff's basic personal security are not guaranteed.Compare with other professions,huge workload,bad work environment,and imperfect system makes the medical staff is plagued with work family conflict and job burnout.It not only has bad effect on medical staff's physical and mental health and vocational development,but also is not conducive to maintaining good doctor-patient relationship.This article explores work family conflict and job burnout's influence on the doctor-patient relationship.The study takes 242 medical staff in dimethyl hospital as the survey sample,using Work-Family Conflict and Family-Work Conflict Scales developed by Metemeyer,Boles and McMurrain Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS)revised by Li Chaoping and Shi Kan,and the 10-item Difficult Doctor Patient Relationship Questionnaire(DDPRQ-10)revised by Yang Hui,using the SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis tools to analysis relationships among variables by descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis.Results are follows:1.The Work Family Conflict of medical staff in dimethyl hospital has significant difference in position,age,marriage,education,department.2.The Job Burnout of medical staff in dimethyl hospital has significant difference in education,department.3.The doctor-patient relationship medical staff perceived has significant difference in position,gender,age,department.4.The Work Family Conflict was found to have significant positive relation with the doctor-patient relationship medical staff perceived.The more serious the work family conflict is,the worse the doctor-patient relationship medical staff perceived.The Job Burnout was significantly positive associated with the doctor-patient relationship medical staff perceived.The more serious the job burnout is,the worse the doctor-patient relationship medical staff perceived.5.Job burnout was partial mediator between work family conflict and the doctor-patient relationship medical staff perceived.
