Study Of The Relativity Between All-round Developing Thought Of People And Knowledge Innovation

Human society has already entered the era of knowledge-driven economy, which depends on the production,distribution and use of knowledge and information. That is to say that it has entered a high-speed era of development when science and technology is the primary productive force. The knowledge innovation is just the not exhausting source of scientific and technical development, and therefore becomes the place of lifeblood of era development. Since that the subjects of scientific research and knowledge innovation are people, people's quality becomes the most key factor that influences social development and progress. The mankinds constantly understand and recast themselves to meet the development of society and push forward the advance of society when they constantly understand and recast the world in the very long history. However, because of the intrinsic limitation of mankind, the level of people's own development is limited, and then the paces of the social progress are restricted. So, one of the problems that every country and every nationality faces together nowadays is that how to overcome the limitation of mankind itself. The author attempts to draw the sweet dew of intelligence from Marxism thought treasure-house, and tries to analyse and probe this question from the relativity between thought of people's development in an all-round way and knowledge innovation.First of all, let us come and comb the sequence of intensions of the thought of Marx about people's development in an all-round way: what needs to be developed according to people themselves, what the requirement for development according to external environment condition that people survive, and what an effective way which promotes the development.Secondly, let us analyse the characteristics of the time of the knowledge innovation. Knowledge innovation is the most key factor that promotes present social development, and what characteristics in eras does it cost the knowledge innovations of society nowadays? Science and technology have relatively independent purposes and different activity courses, but are interdependent and can promote each other to bear the important tasks of promoting social productivities and improving human material and culture living standards together, which becomes a kind of social culture form. The development in science and technology demonstrates the following four kinds of most obvious characteristics at present: scientific socialization, scientific technology,scientific art up and scientific utilization.At last, let us post the relativity between thought of people's development in an all-round way and knowledge innovation. Knowledge innovation involves the target realized--this object of nature and human society, the tool used --scientific methods and equipment of instrument, the achievement acquired -- these objective factors involving theory knowledge and opinion,and the single subjective factor -- scientific workers who has realized the subject. As to a piece of societies, implementing knowledge innovation is after all the question that what accomplishments people shall own and how to cultivate such people. Only do we use people's all-round developing theory of Marx, can we just train and bring up the all-round developing persons and make it form the overall ability taking creativity as the core in order to realize the real knowledge innovation.
