The Study Of The Ideas Of Huang Zunxian Constitutional Monarchy

[abstract] Huang Zunxian, a famous poet, diplomat, historian and reform thinker in history in China at the end of the nineteenth century, played an important and historical role in promoting thought enlightenment and cultural exchange between China and western countries (especially Japan) in Chinese modern age. Huang Zunxian's ideas and practice have been studied for a long time and great achievements have been made in them. Based on the previous study of Huang Zunxian's ideas, this text chooses the idea of constitutional monarchy system as an important point to try scientificly and deeply studying its historical background, thoretical origines, main contents, the way to realize it, reform practice,histiorical postion and so on. Huang Zunxian's strong patriotism and reform idea of growing with times and having the courage to put it into practice contained in his constitutional monarchy system will help our current open and reform and ideological education of our citizens for active and historical reference undoubtly .
