The psychological quality of college students has drawn public attention from universities, colleges, families and society nowadays. To implement psychological education in universities and colleges is an inherent requirement and important issue of Quality-oriented Education. This paper is devoted to the investigation, comparison and analysis of the psychological quality of modern college students from nine non-intellective factors of psychological quality. Moreover, the author has designed an Evaluating System of Indicators that fits the practical situation of the psychological quality of college students, probed into the psychological education modes in colleges and universities, and thus provided practicable grounds for the psychological education among college students.The capability to endure frustrations and the innovative quality is especially important for modern college students. There are both subjective and objective reasons for university students undergoing frustrations. Innovative quality consists of inner psychological elements. This paper discusses how to cultivate and improve the college students' capability to endure frustrations and innovative psychological quality.
