The Influence And Function Of Visual Thinking On Fresco Design

Forms manifest fresco, designer thinks by images. The process of design is a comprehensive process of image thinking and manipulating. Visual thinking participates the whole process of fresco design and the process of appreciation as well. So we say that visual thinking play an important role in designing and appreciating fresco.As a sort of art, fresco is different from other forms. It relies on architecture and faces the public. Its specialty determines its inseparable relations with the surrounding people and environment, so it is often called relations art. Its effect on people is sense stimulation, among which vision is the most important. So the key purpose of fresco design is to satisfy the demand of people's visual organ. So it is quite necessary to study the influence of visual thinking over fresco. The particularity of architecture space is that it must be with an enjcyer's motion that he can master the mobility of architecture spatial layers. An moving enjoyer adopt to the mobility of architecture though the entity of fresco's space structure color and comprehensive material to finish the visual thinking . This paper consists of the following three elements that form a fresco, space structure, design colors, the functional relations between comprehensive material and visual thinking. At last, the author gives an analysis of the current state of fresco and predicts the future of fresco influenced by visual thinking.
