A Study Of SOHO Furniture Design

This dissertation primarily studied on the SOHO furniture design. It introduced theconcept and characteristics of SOHO. Based on the situation of the development andchange in the office style, it analyzed the producing, development and the future of SOHO.Traditional way and environment have no longer meet the request of the special life style ofSOHO. Through the analysis of SOHO occupation type and appearance .research itsspace environment and plan model, make the whole work space can cooperate the changeof outside and have the multiple function at the same time. SOHO furniture is the expandingand transformation of the information ages' office furniture, have all the function which theoffice furniture own. Through the analysis of SOHO furniture and application, conclude thespecial function and characteristics of SOHO furniture, provide the basis for SOHOfurniture design and research , make it satisfy the different SOHO users and different needsof space.All in all, SOHO can't be limited in the request of form and function, it must include the technology, aesthetic, psychology and etc, make people enjoy the work and promote the meaning of life.
