It's our central task to develop productive forces with the economic construction as the focus during the social development period. To develop economy, we must make a breakthrough. However, enterprises, the basic unit of economy, are the carrier of economic operation. Therefore, economic development relies on the success of enterprise. While an enterprise's success depends on the management pattern, which means the combination of capital, technology and talents. But during a certain period, these 3 elements are stable, so they must be united in our country is backward in a general sense. A new management pattern, human-based management, is one adopted by most of the enterprises in the world, so we must study and use this management pattern for reference.Many articles are written expounding on the human-based management pattern from the angle of management, but few are made from the philosophical point. This pattern makes an essential investigation of human-based management and finds the inherent basis of it by using the philosophical mode of thinking, which makes this pattern no more a rootless one has a profound theoretical basis, and upon this basis I put forward the countermove that should be taken by our enterprises .All of these are very important for the enterprises both theoretically and practically.Hunan-based management pattern is a latest management pattern with human being the center, it also establishes the leading role of human being .In an enterprises if the staff are respected ,educated and trained ,their initiative, enthusiasm and creativeness can be stimulated on one hand, and on the other hand their perseverance, intellect and physical power are exercised and enhanced. Thus, both the enterprises and the staff have a all-round development. Because human being's characteristics have undergone deep changes, modern enterprises have the staff both as a means and as a goal. Management is a kind of practices, which aims to harmonize human activity by having the human being's characteristics as the basis. Various management patterns in history are all based on a certain hypothesis of human nature. Human have natural, social and spiritual attributes, but the essential attribute is their subjectivity in the process of labor, and during this process, they showed their dynamic role, initiative and self-preservation nature .The new mode of labor, enhances human's subjectivity in the process of labor, which makes human consciously have the exertion of creative abilityas their basic demand. Therefore, modern enterprises must have a good consideration of this demand of the staff. Thus, both the staff and the enterprise can be brought into full play while the staff's demand is satisfied.Human-based management pattern has its origin in the western countries, which have a highly developed economy and tradition of democracy, freedom and science. China also has a humanism tradition, but the economic standard is low and labor mode is backward, also has with the influence of the idea "rule by man", people's sense of institution and freedom is not strong. So Chinese enterprises should take a practical and cautious action when bring the human-based management pattern into use.
