Thanks to the economic plurality and value diversification, different enterprises havedifferent management principles. Employees in divergent enterprises also have divergentexpectations and requirements to the management of the enterprise. With Marxisthumanism perspective, this paper studies the development of enterprise managementmodes as well as the establishment and application of the people-oriented concept in ourcountry. It compares the pros and cons of different patterns so as to put forward newmode of thinking to contemporary enterprises which is under the condition of socialistmarket economy in our country, and discuss how to implement new patterns which full ofhumanistic management from all sides, so as to promote coordinated development ofenterprise and employee together.There is profound origin between Marxist philosophy and humanism. In Marxistphilosophy, humanism thoughts run through the whole ideas. Marx analyses throughhuman beings, their labor practice, alienation by labor, class attribute and social attribute,come up with the target of liberating all mankind and realizing people’s free development.It happens to hold the same view with our country’s traditional humanistic thought whichdeeply influenced the mainstream ideas’ understanding of humanism concepts in ourcountry.On the influence of the diversification of economy and multi–values as well asmarket integration, enterprises’ management ideas in China has changed from "sacrificing small home for everyone" into "taking economic benefits as the center", andgradually formed into "people-oriented, collaborative development" deeperunderstanding.Under the model of role management, the role of management makes use of itsdiffusibility, sociality and ubiquitous dispersibility, playing a scale and cluster effect, andforms the staff of social division of labor and intelligence gathering, but in practice,humanism has not been fully embodied because of the development of environment andoperation of practice.Under the pattern of system management, the development of humanity are boundwith the standardized and institutionalized management measures and the pipeline workprocedures to a certain extent, which caused the conflict between management and humannature. Introducing the people-oriented mode, thinking from the perspective of staffgrowth and enterprise development, enterprises can achieve the fusion of managementand humanity, stimulate the creativity of employees, make them convert from the"opposing" to "community of interests".Under the pattern of cultural strategy management, comparing the difference between the eastern and western traditional culture, taking the Marxism humanism asguidance, implementing the strategy of enterprise culture so as to pour powerful“nuclear power” into modernization management, reshaping the enterprise values,strengthening the social responsibility of corporate citizenship performance, payingattention to staff’s spiritual home construction, to move, condense, inspire and create staffwith cultural strength, our country can make the enterprise repay society, employees,realize the comprehensive coordinated development of the enterprise, society at the sametime, when developing the economy and creating value.This project puts forward the implementation of fusion between management andhuman nature from patterns of management, to realize the coordinated development.From the cultural strategy, it proposes to build the common spiritual home for realizinginteractive promotion. From the aspects of business goals, employees’ expectations, socialrequirements it comes up with the point of view that "target direction, developmentsynchronization, interest". These views have a certain theoretical and practicalsignificance on implementing humanistic management for our contemporary enterprises.
