The Study Of Bei Qingqiao's Poetry

As a famous poet in late Qing Dynasty , Bei Qingqiao is one of the representative figure in Statesmanship Literary Trend, and his poetry clearly embodies the style and feature of the poetry of the people with ideals and integrity who was impassioned and anxious in modern times. The present thesis treats Bei Qingqiao as a case and through all his poetry anthology attempts to describe his lifetime of frustration and his patriotism and dedication to his country, tries to display the feelings of people with ideals and integrity and the full spirit in mountain and rivers in hislandscape poetry. It also tries to present the tradition of poems that can be taken as a mirror of the times the poet lived in, the artistic style of being depressed and being powerful, the change of Chinese classical poetry in modern times in his poetry, which can shows his effect and position in the modern circle of poets.
