The National Feeling-knot Of Women Writers Of Chinese Ancestry

This dissertation is to study the relation between foreign Chinese feminine literature and Chinese traditional culture. Author selects ,as the representatives of American female writer, from four aspects , which are cultural theme, Chinese traditional culture in the texts, the multiplicity of edge, and female literature and feudal traditional consciousness; and spreads out the discussion revolving around the national feelings knot of Chinese female writer.Foreign Chinese female literature is the storehouse land of forward position conflicting Chinese traditional culture with western modem culture. As a developing and rising abruptly country, cultural construction is put in the first place in China. With the reflection on the contribution and shortcoming of foreign Chinese female literature, we should realize clearheadedly whether the foreign Chinese female writers' attitude for the culture of Chinese tradition is accepted or abandoned , the prerequisite of appraisement having shown that Chinese traditional culture has deep influence for them. It is the chief problem that carries out cultural construction that on this foundation, how to treat national culture and how to summarize the advantage and shortcoming of self-culture.
