Ethical Thinking Of Human Genome Research--From Pursuing Absolute Truth To Seeking Relative Rationality

21-th century is the era of biotic science and technology, Human Genome Research is an advanced technology in the biotic science and technology. With the development of biotic science and application of Human Genome Research, Human is not only brought brilliant prospects but also faced ethical challenge which is never emerge. So we must probe into it in order to smooth out the loss of ethical value. The paper include three chapters: Chapter One is Human Genome Research and ethical challenge. At first, I simply introduce the birth of HGP and the significance of Human Genome Research. Then, I present two challenges of Human Genome Research. Chapter Two is two kinds of ethical strategy. There are two kinds of ethical strategy. One is against the application of Human Genome Research, the other is for the application of Human Genome Research. The former is called the negative strategy, the latter is named after the positive strategy. The negative strategy results from deontology. While the positive strategy results from utilitarianism. Chapter Three is the probe into rationality strategy. The first step, I should prove why rationality strategy to be possible. At first, I define the rationality strategy and it's standard. Then, I prove why research subject and society environment to be possible. The second step, I should prove how rationality strategy to be possible, which is the key point of the paper. I think that following three points is necessary: first, we must obey three principles of bioethics .Although it is used from bioethics, there is my own thinking in it. Second, we must spread ethical talking and apply "related methods". Third, we must apply the ethical thinking , which is the soul of ethical strategy.
