We have entered an information-based era which shown the bright prospect of future education to us. How to make use of information technology to support the educational reform and promote educational development, this is the question that each educator has been thinking and exploring all the time. Entering new century, teaching quality becomes the question paid close attention to extensively in high educational reform and development. World educational development trend proved that People oriented, regard people as educational teaching centre of activity and starting point historical trend of modern educational development. Experiential interactive teaching faces life world of teaching straightly, regards teaching as life existing way of people carry on the deep discussion, experience and try the subject matter in teaching for the clue with the life of teaching. As the research of educational technology is being deepened and expanded constantly, we realize more and more, a lot of questions in teaching have already broken through the simple teaching field, under this situation, performance technology is being paid close attention to by more and more educational technology researchers. This thesis regards college English as research object, make use of performance technology to study how to launch experiential interactive teaching better, through structuring the teaching environment, promote the reform in college English course, to change current English situation which Spoken English and Listing is weak in our country. On consideration of the above content, this thesis selects the theory and practice of experiential interactive teaching as discussion in college English.Focusing on Experiential Interactive Teaching, this thesis is divided into four parts altogether:The first part: Exordium. Discuss the background and significance of the dissertation in brief.The second part: Study the survey. Study the Meaning and essential feature of experiential interactive teaching briefly, and discuss the performance technology.The third part: Construct the theory system of experiential interactive teaching. Discuss the theoretical foundation of the experiential interactive teaching further on the basis of second part: Life philosophy, postmodernism and constructivism; Study the basic method of solving the problem of performance technology.The fourth part: Practice study of experiential interactive teaching in college English. Through making use of questionnaire and depth interview to teachers and students to study the situation of experiential interactive teaching. Through the analysis of the investigation results,considering the present implementation, and put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion on the basis of probing thoroughly.In a word, This research provides helpful references for Performance Technology put into Practices. It Provides the beneficial reference for the fact that how to apply to teaching performance technology.
