Since entering electronic culture era, people's cognition of the world often stems from the vision information offered by electronic media represented mainly with films and televisions network instead of own experience. On one hand, only electronic media can offer so enormous a platform for economy , ideology , science and technology , aesthetics , psychology ,etc. ,and produce countless image , mirage , " simulacrum",so that Milan Kundera has proposed one word of "imagology " in Immortal----the image has become one kind of ideology. On the other hand, though individuals engulf the symbol information enormous in quantity every day, but still feel loneliness and nihility constantly in actual life. Then is this kind of image occupancy the real freedom or penniless on earth? No matter media industry person, the masses of audience or culture study educational circles should insist on query and review constantly.This paper through analysing several filmes (The Purple Rose of Cairo,1984;Wag The Dog,1997;The Trueman Show,1999;Pleasantville,1999;Nurse Betty,2000;Simone,2002,etc)announce imagology how to confuse the masses from influencing individuals at first, to found " the mythology "from building the illusion, and to run out of control.This paper reminds the masses to review through the analysis and criticism of the Imagology. The theory of "Cultural Economy "proposed by John Fiske,the cultural researcher of Britain , notices the positive meaning in cultural consumption of masses ,but we can't ignore that the masses really participate in the completion of the whole perfect "crime ".The masses should break out of imagology,in the process of chosing , accepting , refusing and reproducing, we can get adequate endless enjoyment.
