Eugene Ysaye (1858-1931) is an important performer and accomplished composer in European violin art history in modern times. His strong individual consciousness and peculiar innovative spirit shown in the creation have played an important role for the development of modern violin art and the forming of the aesthetics idea. At the same time, the six unaccompanied sonatas of violin he created have become the immensely popular excellent works in violin documents. In our country, the research on the style and works of Ysaye is still quite deficient in accordance with playing, and his important violin Works haven't been paid enough attention in the violin field of our country. So this thesis plans to choose Ysaye and his most important representative works --The Six Unaccompanied Sonatas of Violin as topic and make an extensibility research on it, in order to propagate the elaborate works with my pygmy effort.This thesis is divided into four chapters altogether, which carries on researches to the works into for parts: origin of the works, structure analysis, style characteristic and artistic value.In chapter one, it mainly focuses on the origin relation between the works and six unaccompanied sonatas of J·S Bach in structure formal; passing on relation of violin playing skill developed by Paganini and other violin masters in 19th century.In chapter two, it mainly analyzes sentence structure and syntax in terms of microcosmic about six sonatas respectively, attempting to explain the detail characteristic that the works show in all fields through the analysis of ontology.In chapter three, it mainly in terms of macroscopic analyzes whole style from creating and playing of Ysaye, and summarizes the style characteristic of sonata creation and playing through creating tactics and playing elements.The last chapter is the study on artistic value of this set of works. In this chapter, discuss the importance value of six accompanied sonatas in skills, style, and aesthetics idea in the view of the violin development history, in order to objectively evaluate the position in the history of violin artistic development of this set of works.
