In order to work well on psychological health of university students, in the first place we must try to cultivate students' health consciousness and to consistently raise his psychological health level. Both domestically and internationally, with the booming development of science and technology, knowledge increases drastically. The modern people need to renew knowledge, to fasten life rhythm, to compete against others and to coordinate human relationships. All these things threaten people's health to a large degree. As a special group in society a university students face threats coming from all directions. They are during the key period to socialize. They might encounter psychological problems like the unbalance of psychological development, the weakness of endurance and all sorts of psychological impediment and illness. If handled improperly it will seriously affect their physical and mental health. It has been recently reported by newspapers that terrible accidents occur among university students.
