Study On Psychological Health Education Of Chinese College Students In The New Situation

With the rapid development of economy and society, college students as animportant reserves of human resources, are facing more and more pressure. At thesame time, Psychological Health Education plays a great role in life, which drawsmore and more attention. However, owing to late starting and slowly developing ofPsychological Health Education, the function of regulating psychological health hasnot been fully put into practice. Therefore, it has important realistic significance todetermine the future reform orientation of Psychological Health Educationscientifically on the basis of the presence analysis of the Chinese college students’psychological health, which also improves the function of college students’Psychological Health Education.According to nowadays research, it summarizes the characteristics, channels andthe main problems from the practice of Chinese Psychological Health Education onbase of the definition of psychological health and Psychological Health Education.Taking Henan University of Science and Technology as an example, college students’psychological health questionnaire is designed, which is made up of the basic situationof college students and the presence of psychological health and Psychological Healthof Education. It takes random, stratification and Chester sampling method toimplement questionnaire. The author made quantitative analysis of the first-hand datawith the tools of Microsoft EXCEL2007and SPSS14.0and qualitative analysis to findthe key factor of Psychological Health Education which has great influence onPsychological health.The research shows that the lack of China’s Psychological Health Educationhas affected the continuous improvement of students’ Psychological health. On the sideof research methods, Chinese scholars prefer qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. Besides, statistical analysis method such as correlation analysis is veryhelpful to study the presence of college students’ psychological health education. Inorder to improve college students’ psychological health and college students’psychological health education, this paper put forward relevant proposals. First,establish the four-dimensional health education system to perfect college students’psychological health. Second, increase the scope of propaganda to enhance collegestudents’ understanding of the Psychological health educational institutions. Third,hold psychology lecture to attract college students to learn psychological healthknowledge spontaneously. Last, organizes a variety of sports activity to improvecollege students’ psychological health gradually.
